Qualifiable Conditions and Symptoms
Patients diagnosed with one of the following medical conditions, are afforded legal protection under the California marijuana law and could qualify for a medical marijuana card.
“Any other CHRONIC or PERSISTANT Medical SYMPTOM that substantially LIMITS the ability of the person to conduct one or more life activities (as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990), Or, if not alleviated, may cause serious harm to patients SAFETY, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL health.
Additional medical conditions that qualify for a medical marijuana card in California are:
- Chemotherapy Side Effects/Radiation
- Chronic PAIN
- Multiple Sclerosis, ETC + Spasticity
